Acceptable Use Policy
1. Content you may not create or publish
- Anything illegal, or that promotes illegal goods, services or activities.
- Deceptive content: fake or AI-generated reviews and testimonials, invented statistics or results, false or unproven health, financial or other claims, hidden advertising, or misleading before-and-after images.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights, including using a person's name, image or voice without permission.
- Impersonation of another person, business or brand, or content that suggests an endorsement you don't have.
- Personal information you are not allowed to publish, including patients' health information without their written authorisation.
- Hateful, harassing, threatening or violent content; content that sexualises minors (never allowed, and reported to authorities); sexually explicit content.
- Spam, misleading engagement tactics, or content that breaks the rules of the platform it is published on.
- Deep fakes or realistic AI imagery of real people, places or events presented as authentic.
2. Misusing the Service
- Entering a website you don't own or aren't authorised to represent, except to try the free preview for your own evaluation.
- Creating multiple accounts or using automation to get extra free previews or trials, or to get around limits.
- Probing, scanning or testing our systems for vulnerabilities, unless you report what you find responsibly to support@musemill.ai and don't access other customers' data.
- Interfering with the Service, overloading it, or accessing it by means other than our apps and published interfaces.
- Copying, scraping, reselling or reverse engineering the Service, or using it or its output to build or train a competing product or AI model.
- Trying to make our AI providers generate content their policies forbid (for example under Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy), or to extract their underlying prompts or models.
3. What we do about it
We use automated checks and human review to find content and activity that breaks this policy. Depending on how serious it is, we may hold a post for your review, stop it from being published, remove content, limit features, or suspend or close the account. We tell you what we did and why unless the law prevents it, and you can ask us to reconsider by replying or writing to support@musemill.ai. We may report illegal activity to the authorities.
4. Reporting illegal content or abuse
To report content made with MuseMill that you believe is illegal or infringes your rights, email support@musemill.ai with: where the content is (a link), why you believe it is illegal or infringing, your name and email, and a statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith. For copyright, also identify the work you own. We review every report and tell you what we decided.
5. Copyright notices (US DMCA)
Copyright owners can also send a notice under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act to our designated agent: Copyright Agent, PROJECT VELAR S.R.L., Bd. Theodor Pallady nr. 4, bl. M2, sc. D, ap. 168, Sector 3, Bucharest, Romania. Email: support@musemill.ai. Phone: +40 773 243 954. Please put "DMCA notice" in the subject.
A notice must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the work you say is infringed (or a list, if there are several);
- the content you say infringes it, with a link or enough detail for us to find it;
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law;
- a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
We remove or disable the content and tell the customer who published it. If they believe it was removed by mistake, they can send us a counter-notice with: their signature; what was removed and where it was; a statement under penalty of perjury that they believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; their name, address and phone number; and their consent to the jurisdiction of a US federal court for their address (or any judicial district where we may be found, if they are outside the US) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice. We then forward it, and may restore the content after 10 to 14 business days unless we learn that a court action has been filed.
We close the accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe copyright, in appropriate circumstances.
